Making Progress!!

While most people are celebrating the independence of our country, I am celebrating the progress we made this week with rearranging our house! We have accomplished several things this weekend and they were pretty big tasks.

First on the to do list was packing up my office and preparing it to be moved. That was done really late Saturday because I procrastinated all day! However, I did get the opportunity to spend a few hours with my Aunt Kaye and her family before she was admitted to KU Medical for a bone marrow transplant. Please keep her and my uncle Jerry in your prayers. He will be her donor.

On Sunday we moved the pool table in order to make way for new furniture and baby stuff! A few years ago a friend of ours moved to San Francisco. I miss her very much! We decided we wanted the space back in order to put swings, play pens and other baby items so we gave our pool table to another friend who would have liked to have had it in the first place! So thankful to have that piece over with.

On Monday, we took down our old desks to make way for new desks. These desks are simple and plain but I'm really liking them! Cleaned the basement a bit and plan on unpacking tomorrow. I was very pleased that all of my stuff worked after moving it. I didn't want to have to deal with setting up the router and all that.

I'm so very thankful to have made all this progress this weekend. This week will be very busy. I have to unpack and continue setting up my work space along with my regular duties! I'm also extremely grateful for all the hard work Sean has done to make this possible!
